Due to government led changes to our GMS contract we will be moving to full total triage after completing several test events after the last few months.
The aim of this process is to improve access to the care you need and not needing to join the morning rush to reach the medical professional you need.
There will be quick and easy ways to get in touch with us:
- We will actively encourage all patients to fill in the online form on our website
- If you are unable to fill in the form online our reception team will still be available to assist you over the phone where they can fill in the form on your behalf, though our team will need to ask some questions to gain information regarding your request
- You can contact us on the same form for any non-urgent medical or admin requests.
Get the care you need quicker
- Get in touch online, by phone or in person – whatever works for you
- Answer a few questions about what you need so the team can direct your request
- A GP or other senior health professional checks your request to decide the best next step based on your clinical needs
- Your practice will get in touch to confirm the best course of action: Get video, face to face or telephone appointment, Refer you to a pharmacy or other community service, Receive health advice, or to Visit A & E or call 111.
