Repeat Prescriptions

You can order medication via the NHS App or SystmOnline via the link above.

Alternatively you can drop your paper request into the surgery in the letter box located in the dispensary door.

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions

Please do state the medication you require including dose.

Dispensing

Dispensed medication may be collected at any time during opening hours. The Dispenser is available from 9.30am until 12.00pm for any queries.

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME OVER BANK HOLIDAYS

Dispensing Services

Dispensing services are available for all patients living more than one mile from a dispensing pharmacy. Please give at least 3 working days’ notice for repeat prescriptions, excluding weekends and bank holidays for your request to be processed. Repeat prescriptions ordered after 5.30pm will not be processed until the following working day so you will need to allow 3 working days before you can collect your medication. 

If you are ordering repeat medication on Fridays, your prescription will not be ready until Wednesday afternoon as weekends are not counted as working days.

In an emergency (eg you have run out of your medication for any reason) you may ring the surgery or if it is out of hours you should contact NHS 111 on 111 or any pharmacy.

If you are collecting a controlled drug medication please collect your prescription in the morning if possible.
