Requests for home visits should wherever possible be made before 11.00 am. Please give the receptionists brief details of the problem to help the doctor to decide how urgently you need to be seen.
The doctor may telephone you later in the morning before visiting.
Remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Surgery.
