Total Triage goes live Monday 6th October 2025 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
Due to government led changes to our GMS contract we will be moving to full Total Triage after completing several test events over the last few months.
The aim of the process is to improve access to the care you need and not needing to join the morning rush to reach the medical professional you need.
There will be quick and easy ways to get in touch with us:
. We will actively encourage all patients to fill in the online form on our website or via the NHS App. See below for guidance.

- Follow instructions on the screen to submit your request
NHS app –
- Log in to the NHS App
- Select Services (at the bottom of the screen)
- Select Contact your GP about a health problem
- Follow instructions on the screen to submit your request
. If you are unable to fill in the form online our reception team will still be available to assist you over the phone where they can fill in the form on your behalf, though our team will need to ask some questions to gain information regarding your request.
