If you require regular medication, the doctor will enter it as a repeat prescription on the computer. This will enable you to obtain monthly prescriptions by using one of the following options:

  • present your computerised repeat slip at the surgery and collect your prescription 24 hours later, OR collect your medication two working days later if the practice dispenses for you.
  • send a faxed request to 01376 563486.
  • post your repeat slip (enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope if you wish it to be returned by post.)
  • OR, if you would like to order via the internet, please ask a member of staff for details but please note this option is NOT open to anyone under the age of 16 years.  If you have already registered with the practice for internet ordering, you may use the following link:

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

Signed prescriptions may be collected from the surgery (or collected, drugs dispensed and delivered) by a local pharmacy by arrangement with them.

Dispensed prescriptions may be collected at any time during opening hours. The Dispenser is in from 8.30 until 12.15.
